Journey Blue Media
Journey Blue Media (formerly Journey Blue Films) is an award winning entertainment company specializing in film and video production plus high quality photography. Founded in 2003 by Morgan Rhodes, the company has worked in various roles on projects such as, the television show Nip/Tuck, and the films, Assassins with Sylvester Stallone, Moonlight Serenade with Amy Adams, and Slipstream with Anthony Hopkins.
Rhodes has worked as a Digital Artist on the theatrical releases of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Avatar and Transformers: Dark of the Moon, as well as, the Blu-Ray and theatrical re-releases of Disney’s Snow White, Pinnochio, Dumbo, Alice in Wonderland, Fantasia 2000, and the newly restored, Cinderella. Other Blu-Ray projects include Star Wars: Episode 1, Aliens, Rashomon, The Robe, Terminator and True Lies.
Rhodes made her writing and directing debut in 2007 with the award-winning short film Little Wings. The film was picked up for worldwide distribution through Video on Demand and DVD/Blu-Ray release at the Cannes International Film Festival. It was later distributed via streaming until 2015.
Rhodes created Journey Blue Media to specifically provide promotional photo and video marketing tools to action sports companies. Clients have included TK Sport Horses, Skullcandy Team Nissan, Shadow Works Group, Shadow Works Air Assault Team (SWAAT), Best IT Racing, Andy Lee Racing, Bob Bondurant School of High Performance Driving, AEM Performance Electronics, Autosport Image (Porsche, Ferrari, Flying Lizard Motorsports, K-PAX Racing), Reiter Engineering, U.S. Navy SEALS, Aspen Winter X Games and more.
In 2014, the two companies merged to become Journey Blue Media. The company currently develops projects that focus on inspiring story lines.
