By using this website and/or placing an order for a product or service, you abide by all terms and conditions of Journey Blue Media LLC.

Placing An Order
​
When placing an order, all billing, shipping (no P.O. Boxes), current email address and telephone number information is required. We assume no responsibility for items mid-delivered due to invalid information supplied during check out. Journey Blue Media LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time. Customer will be refunded any payments received.
You must be 18 years or older to place an order with us. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Changes To An Order
​
All merchandise orders may be modified or canceled within 1 hour after being placed. Once an order has entered production, we are unable to cancel or change the order. If your delivery address changes after the order is placed, please contact us immediately via email at contact@journeybluemedia.com. There are no changes for digital product orders like streaming or digital downloads.

Payment
Payment is made, in full, at check-out using Stripe or PayPal. If a payment is charged back or declined in some other way after the order has already been completed, Journey Blue Media LLC shall have the right to cancel the order. If the item has already shipped, we hold the customer responsible for completion of payment. If payment is not made, we reserve the right to pursue collection and charge interest monthly at the highest rate allowable by law. There are no refunds for digital product orders like streaming or digital downloads.

Sales Tax
​
Because of changes to interstate e-commerce sales tax laws, tax rates are determined via automation using Avalara. At this time, there is no tax charged for streaming or digital downloads in the state of Georgia.

Delivery
​
At this time, orders may take up to 3 days to fulfill product merchandise, plus shipping time.
​

International & Expedited Shipping
All international buyers must contact us for a shipping quote before placing an order for merchandise. We do our best to provide affordable worldwide shipping rates. The rate will depend on the size and weight of the item There are no additional handling fees added to the shipping cost.

We can provide expedited shipping for domestic and international orders upon request.

Returns
For shipping damage issues, please contact us right away at contact@journeybluemedia.com or â€(470) 593-9916‬. We will review the issue and make a determination on how to proceed.

Upon approval, we will ship out a replacement for your order.

Digital Millennium Copyright Act

The 1998 enactment of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) expands existing copyright laws in the United States to include the internet and digital media and conforms with the requirements of internationally ratified treaties and the World intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), of which the United States is a member.

Three main updates to the DMCA:
